Responsibilities:
Laboratory Operations
Perform routine chemical and/or physical analyses and scientific tests using established techniques.
Collect, analyze, and process laboratory samples accurately.
Record results of tests, organize data, perform basic computations, and prepare reports following standard procedures.
Equipment Management
Assist in the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of laboratory test equipment, apparatus, systems, and supplies.
Ensure proper functioning and calibration of laboratory equipment under supervision.
Compliance and Safety
Follow all safety and infection control standards in the laboratory.
Ensure compliance with standard procedures and guidelines during laboratory activities.
Team Collaboration and Training
Work under the guidance of more senior team members to learn and develop laboratory skills.
Assist in training new team members on basic laboratory procedures and techniques.
Problem Resolution
Use existing procedures to solve routine or standard laboratory problems.
Seek guidance from more senior roles when encountering non-routine issues.
Qualifications:
Education: Technical or vocational certification or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Textile Engineering.
Experience: Up to 3 years of job-relevant experience in an industrial environment.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of fundamental theories, principles, and practices.
Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English and fluency in the local language.
Required Competencies and Skills:
Basic technical expertise in scientific and engineering principles.
Ability to identify and analyze routine issues.
Curiosity and openness to learning.
Collaborative mindset and effective teamwork.
