As the main point of contact between your team and department leadership, you’ll be responsible for driving performance, supporting professional growth, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration. - Lead and manage a team of Game Operations Specialists, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of delivery
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support team development by identifying coaching needs, delivering ongoing feedback, and facilitating professional growth.
- Ensure alignment with departmental objectives and maintain clear communication about operational and organizational updates.
