Job Summary:

KBR is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Team. This role will be in support of PMA-265 in our Lexington Park, Maryland location.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provides high-level administrative support to PMA-265.
• Handles information requests provided by senior leadership and management on contract.
• Performs clerical functions, to include, but not limited to preparing and tracking correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, calendar management, and scheduling meetings.
• Coordinates read-ahead briefings.
• Arranges travel in DTS.
• Responsible for updating BASICS II information.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma plus 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the job description
• 1 year of experience using DTS, JPAS and BASICS II is desired.
• Must be a U.S. citizen. A current secret level security clearance is required for this role.

Compensation: $72,930.00 - $109,340.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
