-掌握省市级层面VBP和列名准入政策及其在医院层面的潜在影响

-追踪医院层面VBP和列名准入政策的落地实施情况、具体流程和关键驱动因素

-了解科室层面VBP和列名准入政策的实施计划与情况

-风险识别与机会分析

-持续评估医院层面VBP风险和列名机会，确定医院互动优先级

-基于医院互动优先级，规划客户互动活动来实现工作目标

-关键决策者识别

-识别目标院内关键决策者及其影响力

-了解关键决策者行为驱动力和未满足需求

-确定针对关键决策者的互动目标

-客户互动与行为影响

-与关键决策者搭建并持续维护客户关系

-通过客户互动活动与谈判，影响并说服关键决策者

-设计院企合作项目或搭建合作平台

-合作影响力

-将收集到的信息及时分享给跨部门团队（如销售团队 – 他们可以把这些信息运用在与临床医生的互动当中）

-与跨部门团队合作，安排定期沟通会议，确认目标医院风险和机会点以及客户互动计划，跟踪执行进度和结
