Your Impact

As Digital Media Coordinator, you will play a central role within the Digital Media team, operating in a hybrid model that combines in-house capability with agency partnership. Acting as a key support function, you will help drive the planning, execution and optimisation of a wide range of digital media campaigns across our core brands.

In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, data-driven campaigns by supporting day-to-day media operations, performance reporting and ongoing campaign analysis. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and in line with brand and business objectives.

A Day in the Life

• Work closely with the Digital Media team to diligently set up and execute key media campaigns throughout the year.
• Liaise with various publishers on a regular basis to ensure campaign requirements are met and delivered accordingly. 
• Work with Brand & Digital leads to execute material instructions, ensuring full compliance at all times with Responsible Gambling messaging and other state-related requirements.
• Analyse and report on various Digital Marketing campaigns across several metrics and KPI’s.
• Collaborate with our Brand and Design team to create key marketing materials that best fit channel implementation.

Your Strengths

• Prior experience within a Marketing setting is desired but not essential (Digital and/or Agency).
• Experience using Social Media Ad Platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager - specifically, knowledgeable in campaign setup, creative trafficking and reporting (desirable).
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing (desirable).
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent project management skills or experience managing multiple things at once.
