The Opportunity
This position works at Umraniye location in the Established Pharma Division
What You’ll Do
- Assisting Business Unit Director and other team members in the department in terms of all secretarial duties and administrative activities,
- Organizing the meeting and travel organizations,
- Composing communications, letters, memos, assessments, surveys, etc.
- Developing and preparing presentations as required,
- Preparing all the necessary reports regarding departmental activities,
- Managing the documentation, filing, archiving processes efficiently
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar executive secretary role or similar position
- Strong communication, organizing and problem-solving skills
- Self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of the team
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
