The Opportunity

This position works at Umraniye location in the Established Pharma Division

What You’ll Do

Assisting Business Unit Director and other team members in the department in terms of all secretarial duties and administrative activities,
Organizing the meeting and travel organizations,
Composing communications, letters, memos, assessments, surveys, etc.
Developing and preparing presentations as required,
Preparing all the necessary reports regarding departmental activities,
Managing the documentation, filing, archiving processes efficiently

Required Qualifications

University degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar executive secretary role or similar position
Strong communication, organizing and problem-solving skills
Self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of the team
Fluent in spoken and written English
Proficiency in MS Office applications
