Summary:
As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from start to finish, ensuring that all data transferred is accurate, complete, and ready for operational use in the new system. This role requires coordinating multiple teams, defining clear migration strategies and controls, and proactively managing any risks that could impact the success of the migration. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a seamless and reliable transition, while monitoring progress and addressing challenges as they arise to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement best practices for data migration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with data integration and transformation techniques within large-scale data environments.
- Strong knowledge of data governance and quality assurance principles.
- Ability to design and implement data migration frameworks and controls.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing data workflows and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
