As a Data Analytics - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing advice and guidance to clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations. You will help businesses navigate the complex landscape of privacy and data protection requirements, confirming compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Working in this area, you will assist in developing privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and implementing data protection measures to safeguard personal information. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk network within our Data Risk practice. You will apply your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Providing strategic guidance on privacy laws and data protection regulations to clients across various industries
- Developing and implementing privacy policies and data protection measures to safeguard personal information
- Conducting privacy impact assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Navigating complex privacy and data protection requirements to confirm compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborating with clients to address data breaches and enhance cybersecurity measures
- Analyzing legal documents and providing insights to support corporate litigation and regulatory compliance
- Utilizing analytical thinking to discern patterns and gather information from diverse sources
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to deliver value and drive success
- Applying professional and technical standards to uphold the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Embracing change and adapting to a fast-paced environment to consistently deliver quality work

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
