- 고객과의 관계를 적극적으로 구축하여 상호 신뢰 구축
- 기존 고객 계정의 성장 기회에 대한 전체 영업 주기를 성공적으로 수행
- 고객이 데이터독 솔루션을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 조언자 역할을 수행
- 사용 추세를 모니터링하고 파악하여 갱신 위험을 발견하고 채택률을 높임
- 내부 데이터도그 팀(지원, 제품, 재무, 법무) 간에 부서 간 협업
