Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall planning and allocation of operational resources, formulating differentiated strategies and service standards based on the unique demands of segmented customer groups to drive AUM growth and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and various teams within the Wealth Management Department to design customer segment marketing campaigns and promotion strategies.
- Partner with external institutions to achieve targeted client acquisition and conversion, and expand the digital finance ecosystem.
- Conduct data insight and analysis of customer group operations, track and analyze the conversion effects of various operational strategies, and continuously optimize operational strategies based on data analysis results.
- Research global best practices in digital customer segment management, establish cooperation with external institutions, promote digital financial innovation, and facilitate high-quality development of customer groups.
- Undertake other customer segment tasks or assignments as directed by the manager.
Pre-requisites:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in wealth management, finance institutions, or related industries, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrates integrity, humility, and a strong work ethic, with excellent moral character.
- Extensive experience in financial services and internet customer operations, with familiarity in overseas financial markets. Strong user perspective and market demand insight. Prior experience in the financial or internet industry is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of digital operation frameworks, with proficiency in applying diverse frameworks such as AARRR, Growth Hacking, customer segmentation, and user lifecycle. Proven track record of successfully scaling campaigns and driving measurable growth.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit; self-motivated, results-oriented, and growth mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with outstanding communication and negotiation skills in a cross-cultural environment. Overseas work or living experience is preferred.
