Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Experience in configuring and customizing financial modules within SAP S/4HANA to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and integration points within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA modules to maintain system stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
