Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to ensure system reliability. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented design principles. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with database management and query optimization. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
