Definir y evolucionar el roadmap de experimentación alineado con objetivos de negocio
- Identificar oportunidades, generar hipótesis y priorizar backlog de tests
- Definir KPIs, planes de medición y asegurar la calidad del análisis
- Interpretar resultados y convertirlos en decisiones y recomendaciones de impacto
- Coordinar equipos de UX, analítica y desarrollo para la correcta ejecución

- Hacer seguimiento del impacto en negocio (uplift, ROI, performance)

+de 3 años de experiencia en CRO, con foco en experimentación digital

Conocimiento sólido en Adobe Target y Adobe Analytics (valorable certificación)

Experiencia definiendo roadmaps, frameworks de experimentación y priorización

Capacidad para conectar datos con impacto en negocio (ROI, performance)

Experiencia trabajando con múltiples stakeholders y equipos multidisciplinares

Dominio alto del inglés: B2 o más, ya que trabajarás en proyectos internacionales.
