📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the CRM Traffic&Recruitment team, the CRM Project Intern supports the CRM Project Managers and collaborates with the CRM Deliveries team. The intern contributes to the design and implementation of multichannel CRM campaigns across all company sectors and business areas, targeting our members. He/She will support all phases of campaign creation: sales selection, targeting definition, content creation, and performance analysis.
The intern is directly responsible for copywriting text contents for email and push campaigns managed in Spain and reviewing texts for international campaigns, ensuring accurate, fluent Spanish adaptation aligned with corporate guidelines. Furthermore, he/she will provide periodic recommendations to optimize future operations based on current results. He/She will support Project Managers in managing projects related to B2B triggers (i.e., all use cases activated by a "sale opening", such as Daily Invitation, Weekly, Brand Alert, etc.).
🎯 TASKS
Development and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns
Communication content definition: selecting sales based on planning, updating the schedule to maintain a global overview and ensure a balanced distribution of communications to our members, selecting communication channels, copywriting content for push notifications and emails managed in Italy, adapting international campaign texts, and proposing A/B tests to optimize future performance.
Campaign preparation: defining target audiences, defining or validating tracking elements, following up on creative assets, and coordinating with various stakeholders for campaign implementation.
Performance monitoring
Tracking and optimizing CRM campaign performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, alongside daily monitoring of results.
Proposing and implementing necessary actions to improve performance and achieve defined targets.
Support for B2B Trigger management (Daily Invitation, Weekly, Brand Alert, etc.)
Implementing A/B tests aimed at performance improvement and monitoring results.
👉 MUST HAVE skills
Master’s Degree from a business school or university, specializing in Marketing / Communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong copywriting / content creation skills.
Ability to work in a team within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Stress tolerance, autonomy, curiosity, and adaptability.

1 or 2 previously completed 6-month internships in the Marketing field.
Analytical mindset, rigor, and spirit of initiative.
Ability to give/receive constructive feedback, and a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in the German language.
