Creative production is changing fast. AI can now generate film, image, copy and audio at a quality brands are happy to use, and the cost of making one more version has dropped close to zero. What used to mean 20 assets for a campaign can now mean 20,000, and every single one still needs to feel on brand.

This changes what a creative person needs to bring to the table. The idea becomes the whole job. We're looking for someone who can look at a client's brief and their business, spot where AI can genuinely change what's possible, frame that opportunity better than the client can themselves, sell it, and then lead it all the way to delivery.

You won't be handing off your idea to a separate strategist, producer and account manager. You'll carry it yourself, from the first proposal to the last delivered asset, with our AI pipeline and creative team behind you.

Requirements

What You'll Own:

Ideas — Concept campaigns, films, scripts and social work across every digital touchpoint, built from day one to run at scale.

Proposals — Turn client briefs into sharp problem framing and proposals our sales team can take to market.

The Room — Present and sell creative work directly to clients, including senior enterprise marketing teams.

Delivery — Once work is won, lead it with our creative team and AI agents, stay close to the client, and see it through to the finish.

Upsell — Spot the next opportunity inside every live account and bring it to the table.

AI Video — Lead this practice for us and keep bringing clients new video ideas as the technology moves forward.

What We're Looking For:

• 4 to 7 years across creative, strategy or brand roles, with digital and film work in your portfolio
• Great taste, and the confidence to trust it
• Ideas come naturally to you, and you can defend why they'll work
• You frame a client's problem better than they can
• Comfortable in front of senior stakeholders and not afraid to hold a point of view
• Genuinely curious about AI and keen to build with it (you don't need to be an expert going in, we'll teach you the tools)
