About the role:

This is one of the most exciting leadership opportunities in the prDOOH space.

We're looking for an exceptional commercial leader to take full ownership of Vistar Media's DACH business, leading our marketplace across both the demand and supply side. You'll inherit a talented team and have complete responsibility for the market's commercial strategy, revenue performance and long-term growth.

Following Vistar's acquisition by T-Mobile Advertising, you'll be at the forefront of one of the industry's most compelling growth stories, leading our strategic partnership with the group to bring an exclusive, market-leading proposition to advertisers, agencies and media owners across the region. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next stage of our DACH business.

You'll be responsible for strengthening relationships with the region's largest agency groups, brands and media owners while accelerating adoption of our DSP and SSP solutions. The foundations are firmly in place, and the opportunity now is to scale the business significantly and establish Vistar as the market leader in DACH.

What you’ll do:

• Own the commercial success of Vistar Media's DACH business, with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability and market performance across both our DSP and SSP.

• Develop and execute the market strategy, identifying new growth opportunities while strengthening our leadership position in digital out-of-home.

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across sales, account management and partnerships, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with major agency holding groups, independent agencies, advertisers and media owner partners across the region.

• Lead Vistar's strategic commercial partnership with Deutsche Telekom, driving the successful go-to-market execution of our exclusive joint proposition and identifying new opportunities to expand the relationship.

• Grow both demand and supply across the marketplace by increasing advertiser adoption, expanding media owner partnerships and maximising platform utilisation.

• Work closely with the VP Revenue, EMEA to develop accurate revenue forecasts, set quotas and provide regular business updates to senior leadership, ensuring clear visibility of performance and opportunities.

• Represent Vistar Media at key industry events, strengthening our brand presence and positioning the company as the market leader in programmatic digital out-of-home.

• Foster a high-performance culture by attracting, developing and retaining exceptional talent while driving continuous operational improvement across the business.

• Ensure the DACH business operates with commercial discipline, strong forecasting accuracy and operational excellence, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic growth.

What experience we’re looking for:

• Proven success in a senior commercial leadership role within digital advertising, ad tech, media or programmatic.

• Demonstrated experience delivering against ambitious revenue growth targets.

• Strong track record of leading, developing and inspiring high-performing commercial teams.

• Deep relationships with major agency groups, advertisers and/or media owners across the DACH market.

• Experience building strategic partnerships and influencing senior executive stakeholders.

• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into execution and operational excellence.

• Highly analytical, data-driven and comfortable using insights to inform commercial decisions.

• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
