1. Establish and implement a controlling system during both the project and operational phases. Design finance processes, reporting templates, and handbooks to support business development, and set up regular performance monitoring activities with relevant stakeholders.

4. Participate in annual budgeting and rolling forecasting activities to support plant management in setting business targets. Analyze and monitor actual spending against budget to support business target achievement, including project cost, standard cost, transfer pricing, CAPEX, and P&L.

6. Participate in finance digitalization initiatives to improve work efficiency, process standardization and harmonization, and value creation, such as FIT4, DPM, and RPA.

7. Prepare schedules and support documents for internal and external corporate audits.

8. Monitor occupational health and safety matters and comply with EHS-related procedures. Fully support the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of management systems, including EHS (ISO 45001/ISO 14001), ISO 50001, GB/T 23001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 13485, and AEO Customs Advanced Certification. 1. At least three years working in manufacturing operation of a foreign investment enterprise, with solid experience in costing and reporting analysis in manufacturing sites.

2. Understanding of PRC accounting principles and IAS.
3. Well-developed computer skills and familiar with excel, PPT, ERP, and VBA is a plus.

4. Good English speaking, writing and reading skills are essential.
