We are looking for a Cage Administrator to join our Bash Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient parcel movement through our Riverfields Distribution Centre by managing the sorting, scanning and preparing parcels for courier collection. Acting as the key link in our logistics chain, you’ll play a vital role in keeping deliveries on schedule and maintaining the smooth flow of operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Receive incoming parcels and accurately log them into the system
• Sort parcels by destination and priority for courier collection
• Monitor the movement of parcels to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Perform regular checks to track parcel statuses and troubleshoot any damages, delays or misrouted items
• Coordinate with couriers and hub staff to ensure smooth operations
• Use scanning and tracking tools to update parcel movements in real-time
• Assisting the loading of parcels into vehicles and assisting with route preparation
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure operational efficiency
• Support the courier with basic in-vehicle duties as required
• Provide updates and reports on parcel flow to the Hub Manager and to the wider Bash support team where necessary.
