WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Help customers across chat, email, voice and social
- Solve problems with empathy, speed and good judgement
- Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish
- Deliver a great experience while hitting key service targets
- Spot repeat issues and help us keep getting better
WHO YOU ARE:
This job is for you if you have:
- 6–18 months’ experience in customer support or a contact centre
- Confidence across multiple support channels
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with CRM tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk or similar
- Retail or e-commerce experience? Even better.
