The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in driving data-driven decision making across the organization through the development of reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical products. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support business strategy and operational performance.
• Drive reporting standardization, automation, and self-service analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision making.
• Support data governance, quality assurance, and change management practices.
• Monitor and maintain reporting environments, dashboards, and data models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Partner with IT, Data Services, and business teams to support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Utilize data storytelling techniques to effectively present analytical findings and influence business decisions.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and presenting findings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
