By combining deep industry expertise with advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, we enable our clients to make better decisions, move faster, and compete more effectively in dynamic markets.

Role Summary

As an Associate Product Owner, you'll help turn business goals into digital products and platform enhancements that solve real client challenges. Working within an Agile delivery team and partnering closely with Product Owners, you'll connect client needs, product strategy, and technical execution to deliver solutions that create measurable business value. This role is ideal for someone with a strong business analysis foundation who wants greater ownership of product decisions, delivery outcomes, and client success.

The Impact You'll Have

You'll play a key role in helping clients get more value from their digital and technology investments by ensuring product requirements are clear, validated, and ready for development. Your work helps teams move with confidence, reduces delivery friction, and improves the quality of what reaches production.

Many of the solutions you support will power critical business operations and customer experiences. By translating stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements, coordinating testing and release readiness, and helping resolve production issues, you'll contribute directly to reliable product performance and stronger client outcomes.

You'll also serve as an important connection point across product, engineering, quality assurance, and client stakeholders. By keeping teams aligned around priorities, requirements, and business objectives, you'll help ensure integrated delivery from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.

What You'll Do

Shape Product Requirements

  • Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements to ensure solutions address client and business goals.
  • Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation in Jira.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, UX resources, and QA teams to refine requirements and resolve ambiguity.
  • Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with desired outcomes before development begins.

Help Drive Agile Delivery

  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and day-to-day Agile execution alongside Product Owners.
  • Independently manage smaller enhancements and initiatives while coordinating dependencies within the broader product roadmap.
  • Monitor progress, communicate updates, and help keep delivery efforts focused on agreed priorities.
  • Contribute to stakeholder discussions and planning activities that support successful product outcomes.

Champion Quality and Release Readiness

  • Review delivered functionality to confirm it meets business expectations and documented requirements.
  • Partner with QA teams to validate test coverage and review testing results before release.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing activities and stakeholder validation efforts.
  • Verify traceability between requirements, testing, and delivered solutions, providing release readiness recommendations when appropriate.

Coordinate Production Support and Improvement

  • Serve as a key coordinator for production support activities, issue triage, and resolution efforts.
  • Work with PHQ and cross-functional teams to investigate incidents, defects, and user-reported issues.
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis and communicate progress with stakeholders.
  • Identify recurring challenges and recommend product or process improvements.

Build Product Knowledge and Influence

  • Develop expertise in assigned products, client operations, and business processes.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization, roadmap discussions, and product planning activities.
  • Contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and product effectiveness.
  • Participate in client workshops, demonstrations, and solution reviews to strengthen understanding of user needs.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Associate Product Owner, or similar role.
  • Experience working within Agile software delivery teams.
  • Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
  • Ability to manage small-to-medium initiatives while balancing broader product priorities.
  • Experience supporting QA validation, User Acceptance Testing, or release readiness activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience investigating production issues and coordinating resolution efforts across multiple teams.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Jira.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve requirements discovery, documentation, or delivery workflows.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, customer experience ecosystems, or enterprise technology products.
  • Exposure to product roadmap planning and prioritization frameworks.
  • Experience working in a consulting, agency, or client-services environment.
  • Understanding of data-driven decision making, analytics, or measurement frameworks that inform product strategy.
