The Role

Your role

As a Delivery Partner, you will build strong, trusted customer relationships in complex service delivery environments and leverage Kyndryl’s broad portfolio of offerings to articulate and drive optimal solutions to customer challenges. You will lead chargeable customer activities within your assigned area, represent Kyndryl in driving service delivery, and contribute to sector, solution, and community initiatives to create outcomes across the organization.

You will also be accountable for the governance and financial performance of directly managed engagements, acting as a trusted advisor who enables both customer success and Kyndryl’s business growth.

What you will do

• Understand customer business needs and drive seamless solution delivery across multiple service areas

• Manage multi-year contracts, governance, and delivery outcomes for large B2B engagements

• Build and lead large cross-functional delivery teams, including teams of around 100 people

• Build and expand long-term relationships with customers, internal teams, and partners

• Balance profitability and quality through operations management, cost estimation, and P&L management

• Clearly communicate innovative solutions to customers and improve service delivery models

• Work with global colleagues and experts to drive success in complex service engagements

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• 10+ years of experience in project or service delivery

• Experience building effective teams across large organizations and leading customer service delivery

• Experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams

• Ability to integrate multiple service areas and provide consistent solutions to customers

• Experience managing and governing multi-year contracts in large B2B engagements

• Experience understanding customer business needs and driving revenue growth as a trusted advisor

• Deep knowledge of operations management, cost estimation, and P&L management for large contracts

Preferred skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree

• PMP certification

• ITIL Foundation certification

• Proven experience in long-term customer relationship management

• Governance experience in complex service delivery or large-scale contracts

• Experience collaborating in a global environment

• Customer-centric, growth-oriented, open, and borderless collaboration mindset
