Summary:
The Associate Consultant Inclusion role will support the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team with the coordination, administration and execution of a variety of projects, initiatives and programs across all three regions to help execute the company’s DE&I strategy and objectives. The location for this role will be in Pune, India, on full-time hours but with the flexibility of working hours to best support the global team (including some EMEA shifts). The team members that this role will support are based in the Philippines, India, UK and the US.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support for ongoing and adhoc DE&I Global and local deliverables. This will include NTU Administration- Creating classes, tracking attendance, report generation and analysis.  Finance administration- Processing invoices, raising purchase orders, follow up with finance and liaising with vendors, back end work for vendor empanelment, updating supplier information and vendor update assistance, Invoice and supplier management for all geographies Budget tracking and management. Event administration- Setting up events and post event metrics.
2. Project Management- Assist the team with ongoing DE&I initiatives which includes leadership development programs for diverse talent, ad hoc DEI projects. Coordinating regional and global initiatives for DEI significant days.
3. Research and Analysis- Research work on various inclusion topics as and when needed. Assistance with compiling information for adhoc presentations.
4. Assist with the completion of DE&I surveys, benchmarks, award submissions and RFPs as required
5. Assist the team with all Internal DEI Communications which includes the planning and publishing of DE&I communications, surveys and presentations which may include developing, updating and distributing relevant electronic publications (i.e. electronic bulletins, newsletters, posters, brochures, etc.), taking minutes of meetings for the DEI Team and the regional DEI councils, slido administration for DEI virtual events. Ensuring DEI content is updates on internal and external resources as required which may include Anchor Point, DEI knowledge centre etc.
6. As a member of the global DEI Team, work towards building knowledge as a subject matter expert on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. This will include attending conferences, completing relevant e learning courses and in person DEI events.

Knowledge/ Skills:
1. Relevant experience in Program coordination, communications and stakeholder management for 1-3 years. Any prior experience in Diversity & Inclusion will be an advantage.

2.A passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is important as well as the ability to work across cultures, time zones and with a range of stakeholders.  Good communication skills is important for this role.
3. General understanding of the human resources discipline and the role human resources plays in a modern, successful business enterprise. Analytical and problem solving skills are an advantage. 
4. Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft, Microsoft Office applications) is required
