Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and customer intelligence analysis, including:
  • Market trends, industry developments, and demand dynamics
  • Regulatory, policy, and macroeconomic developments impacting the industry
  • Competitor performance, strategies, and key market initiatives
  • Customer needs, purchasing behavior, and key influencing stakeholders
• Develop regular market intelligence reports, strategic analyses, and executive-level presentations with data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
• Support senior management with high-quality analyses and presentations for internal reviews, strategic planning, and external engagements.
• Apply financial analysis to assess market attractiveness, competitor performance, investment opportunities and business implications, supporting fact-based strategic recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools, advanced analytics and digital technologies to enhance research efficiency, insight generation, and overall effectiveness of market intelligence activities

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in market intelligence, strategic planning, business analysis, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into clear market insights and actionable business recommendations.
• Solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, evaluate business cases, and assess the strategic implications of market and competitive development.
• Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to explore innovative approaches that improve productivity and analytical capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Prior experience in consulting firms or manufacturing industries is preferred.
