As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation across multiple platforms. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain the reliability and efficiency of critical business applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to SAP modules in the oil and gas downstream sector.
- Experience in managing and supporting complex business applications in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Good communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
