Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operational continuity. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments, where troubleshooting and problem-solving are central to maintaining system reliability and performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand system behavior and deliver timely solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, contributing to the overall stability of critical business applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline issue resolution processes and improve system uptime.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system support strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interdependencies.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining critical business systems to ensure high availability.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
