Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. The Application Lead actively manages project timelines and resources, facilitating communication and collaboration to meet project goals effectively. They also monitor progress, address challenges, and provide guidance to ensure the successful implementation of application initiatives within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in application design and development within SAP environments.
- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot SAP HANA applications for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules and external systems.
- Experience in managing development lifecycle processes including testing and deployment.
- Capability to mentor team members and provide technical guidance on complex issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
