Analytics Delivery Sr. Specialist.

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world.

As the Global MTO Analytics Delivery Sr. Specialist you will support global business, finance and commercial success by supporting Market to order pricing, Customer Incentive data and analytics while developing SQL-based reporting logic and Power BI dashboards. This role will help improve visibility into customer data, pricing performance, margin, and P&L-related metrics across global business teams with a follow the sun model. 
You will partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders across business, pricing, finance, commercial, and data teams to ensure accurate data, reliable reporting, and actionable insights.

As a MTO Business Analytics Specialist, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Creating and maintaining pricing, finance, and commercial reporting.
• Developing SQL queries to support customer data validation, pricing analysis, margin visibility, and P&L reporting.
• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards that provide insights into customer attributes, pricing performance, sales, margin, and profitability.
• Developing a deep understanding of global customer hierarchy, pricing data, financial attributes, and related business rules.
• Partnering with global, regional, and local stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data, document improvement opportunities, and implement reporting best practices.
• Leading or supporting recurring global revalidation of customer attributes and hierarchy alignment.
• Creating and maintaining audit reports to identify new customers, hierarchy gaps, missing attributes, reporting inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
• Supporting pricing and P&L-related reporting, including revenue, discounts, cost, gross margin, and profitability metrics where applicable.
• Documenting reporting logic, SQL queries, Power BI dashboard definitions, data sources, and business rules.
• Identifying opportunities to improve dashboard usability, reporting consistency, data accuracy, and global reporting standardization.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of experience in reporting, analytics, business analysis, pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a related role in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Advanced English level, C1 or equivalent.
• Experience using SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, or reporting.
• Experience creating or maintaining dashboards, preferably in Power BI.

Additional Qualifications

Additional qualifications that could help candidates succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working with global business processes, customer data, commercial reporting, or finance-related reporting.
• Experience with pricing, profitability, gross margin, revenue, cost, or P&L analysis.
• Proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report design, and dashboard publishing.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, data validation, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with back-end data structures, master data, customer hierarchy, pricing structure and P&L Pricing, and data governance concepts.
• Experience developing audit reports, automated reporting processes, or data quality checks.
• Understanding of pricing concepts such as list price, net price, discounts, rebates, price waterfall, cost, margin, and profitability.
• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and align stakeholders on reporting requirements, data definitions, and business rules.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, execute projects, and meet deadlines in a global environment.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends or issues, and translate business requirements into reports or dashboards.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders across multiple regions, functions, and time zones.

Work location:

• Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the Sumare Offices.

• Travel: May include up to 20% domestic.
