About the Role

[담당 업무]

- 신상품 개발 리드
- 시장/경쟁사 분석 기반 상품 전략 수립
- 위험율 개발 및 수익성 검증 프로세스 전반 관리

- Group office 및 승인 기관 대상 인가 프로세스 리딩
- 조직 관리 및 협업 주도

[자격 요건]

- 상품 기획·개발·계리 관련 업무 10년 이상 경험

- 변액/자산 연계형 상품 개발 경험 보유

- 문제 해결 능력이 뛰어나며, 주도적으로 프로젝트를 이끌 수 있는 자

** 우대 사항

- 보험계리사 자격증 보유자

- 비즈니스 영어 활용 가능자 (both verbal and written)

- 고용형태: 정규직

- 급여 및 복지조건 : 회사 내규에 따름

- 근무지역 : 서울 중구 통일로2길 16, AIA타워

[전형절차]

- 서류전형 > 면접전형 > 스크리닝/채용검진 > 최종합격

- 전형일정 및 각 전형별 결과 발표는 이메일을 통하여 면접 대상자에게 개별 안내 드립니다.
