Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models as part of comprehensive solutions, which may also encompass deep learning techniques, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring innovative and efficient AI-driven outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve AI model performance and deployment strategies.
- Document technical designs and processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding complex AI concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning to incorporate best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and deploying AI models in cloud environments or on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks, and generative model architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize AI pipelines ensuring production-level quality and scalability.
- Familiarity with chatbot development and image processing techniques.
- Competence in troubleshooting and refining AI applications to meet performance and reliability standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
