Job Role: AI Marketing and Automation Specialist

Compensation range: $2,000 - 3,000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: They are an established Australian digital education business in the fashion and creative space, with a strong online audience and multiple revenue streams across digital products, content, and partnerships. They are now focused on their next stage of growth by improving and automating their backend systems, customer journey, and tracking processes. 

Role Overview: You will build new automated workflows and sharpen the ones already running. Your work is measured in conversion: viewer to follower, follower to email subscriber, subscriber to sale.

This is a strategic role, not an administrative one. You will be the person who  defines the strategy for the funnel and then builds it.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Automation and AI systems

• Design and build AI agents and automated workflows across marketing, content and operations
• Podcast workflow: from uploaded file through to transcripts, titles, chapters, show notes and Reel and Story trailers, ready for the social media manager to schedule
• YouTube workflow: the same end-to-end approach applied to video
• Inbox systems across three mailboxes: brand partnerships (negotiation support, contracts, project tracking in Monday.com), course customer support (Kajabi access, password resets, payment queries, pre-sale questions), and general work email with voice-driven triage and replies
  

2. Analytics and tracking

• A single dashboard giving a bird’s eye view of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and podcast performance
• Full funnel tracking, including tracking on sales pages, so it is clear which content drives email growth and sales
• Affiliate revenue reporting from LTK
• Daily top questions surfaced from social media DMs
  

3. Funnel and content performance

• Strengthen the customer journey end to end, including order bumps and upsells, so each visit reaches its highest value
• Bring SEO and AI-search thinking to titles, hooks, thumbnails and story structure
• Direct creative execution clearly enough that content lands right with minimal revisions, since organic content moves fast
  

4. Build projects in the pipeline

• A custom affiliate platform: one link for the audience instead of many, with aggregated affiliate revenue and monthly client invoicing
• Automated Depop listing from existing pricing templates, descriptions and photo workflow
• A body shape, proportion, skin undertone and colour palette tool (already started in Lovable)
• A wardrobe search tool that finds pieces from favourite brands based on a written description or a scenario, such as a five-day work trip

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in marketing, with strong hands-on experience across digital marketing and content
• Experience working with digital products, online education, content-led businesses, or creator-led brands
• Advanced, hands-on AI expertise, including building AI agents and using AI to create basic apps, tools, and automated solutions that improve marketing and business processes.
• Fashion industry experience or genuine interest in fashion is highly regarded.
• Paid advertising experience is highly regarded, with paid media expected to become a greater focus over the next 6–12 months.
• Strong content and storytelling expertise, with a proven ability to create high-performing hooks across copy, thumbnails, titles, story structure, and timing. You understand the differences between long- and short-form content and know how to create premium, editorial-style content that captures attention, builds desire, and drives audiences toward a purchase
• Strong digital systems and automation skills, with the ability to build efficient workflows and confidently work across a range of digital marketing, content, project management, and business platforms
• Highly organised and commercially minded, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while staying focused on measurable outcomes
• Autonomous and collaborative working style, comfortable taking ownership, working independently, solving problems proactively, and contributing positively within a small creative team
• Proficient with Marketing & Business Systems: Kajabi (including Kajabi MCP in Claude), ManyChat, LTK, Squarespace, Xero, Project Management & Productivity: Monday.com, Google Drive, Gmail, Communication: WhatsApp
• Proficient with AI, Content & Creative: Claude, Descript, CapCut, Canva, Libsyn

Working Style: 

• Fully remote position based in the Philippines
• Work directly with the client and a small, established creative team
• The role is focused on deliverables, ownership, and outcomes rather than hours worked
• Requires a high level of autonomy, initiative, and accountability
• The successful candidate will be required to sign an NDA at the start of the engagement
