As an AI Engineer Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on utilizing your skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients.

Responsibilities

- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and support data-driven decision-making
- Utilizing data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems for clients
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines and data integration processes to enhance data quality and accessibility
- Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic business decisions
- Building and managing dashboards to visualize data insights and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
- Implementing data validation and data quality improvement plans to maintain data integrity and security
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data-driven projects
- Applying machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling to forecast business outcomes and optimize operations
- Mentoring junior team members in data analysis techniques and methodologies to foster professional growth
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements and deliverables

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex data concepts
- Developing data-driven insights through exploratory data analysis
- Excelling in data visualization and dashboard creation
- Demonstrating proficiency in machine learning and predictive modeling
