As an AES SAP MM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Application Evolution Services - SAP practice, focusing on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Procurement module to streamline and automate procurement processes. You will work directly with clients to optimize operational efficiency, analyze their needs, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling them to achieve strategic objectives.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and configuration of the SAP Procurement module to streamline procurement processes
- Managing supplier relationships and contract management to optimize operational efficiency
- Overseeing inventory management and purchasing activities within the SAP framework
- Analyzing client needs to develop and deliver tailored software solutions
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and meet project timelines
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery
- Addressing and resolving conflicts with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials
- Excelling in SAP Ariba Contracts and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and spend analysis for strategic decision-making
- Embracing change and innovation in digital core modernization projects
- Developing skills in Source to Pay (S2P) transformation initiatives
