Role Description
• Providing quality and timely administrative support to the Luxembourg Cosec team;
• Electronic filing, creation and maintenance of e-files;
• Saving and sorting transactional documentation;
• Collecting signatures on NDAs, other standard documents and quarterly board meetings;
• Creating and updating structure charts, liaising with the relevant parties;
• Maintenance of various Lux internal databases;
• Organizing internal and external meetings or appointments; and
• Assisting with ad hoc secretarial / administrative tasks and other projects as necessary.
Required Experience
• At least 1-2 years in a corporate secretarial or administration function;
• Experience of managing a large number of requests and demonstrating an exceptional focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
• Strong organizational skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack; and
• Basic Luxembourg Corporate Law and Governance knowledge is an asset.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
