The Opportunity:

Grow your career in Accounts Payable with our dynamic team! We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidate with a strong foundation in Accounting or Finance to join us in supporting our international operations. This is a good opportunity to develop your career in a multinational environment, supporting international operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving invoices and posting into the system. 

• Process vendor invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the invoice matches and validate the details. 

• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies found between the invoice and supporting documentation. 
• Keeping accurate records of all invoices and related documentation. 
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any mismatch issues. 
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.

Skills and Requirements:

• Fresh graduate is welcome.
• 1–2 years of working experience in a related field and strong English communication skills are an added advantage.
• Essential for verifying vendor invoice, accuracy and identifying discrepancies. 
• Important for managing heavy workload and maintaining accurate records. 
• Needed for interacting with vendors and internal teams. 
• Proficiency in MS office.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
