Account Manager, Food Channel OTC

As an Account Manager, Food Channel OTC supporting US Vision Care you will be trusted to be commercially minded CPG sales leader with experience managing grocery and food retail accounts, trade investments, broker networks, and syndicated data analysis to drive category growth, market share gains, and profitable revenue expansion.

Ideal candidate will be located in East or Central U.S.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets while managing trade spending budgets.
• Developing and executing customer strategies for food retail accounts.
• Growing Alcon's OTC vision care portfolio through pricing, promotions, distribution, and shelf placement.
• Building strong relationships with retailers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying new business opportunities and sales models.
• Managing broker networks that support regional account coverage.
• Protecting and enhancing Alcon brand equity.
• Manage trade budgets and promotional spending.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.; Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.) 
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
