What You'll Do:
Work with internal partners especially local sales team to achieve assigned sales targets for each of Aristocrat’s product lines in line with Aristocrat’s business objectives.
Maximise sales opportunities and identify new business opportunities for mutual benefit.
Negotiate sales deals within business guidelines.
Develop client plans in consultation with the client and/or consultants, based on mutually agreed goals, specifically; sales, service, marketing and operational.
Coordinate market intelligence covering competitors’ products, pricing and services.
Maintains up-to-date client information, including key contacts and current business strategy
Advise clients and/or consultants on market trends, competitive behaviour and developments within the business.
Prepare and submit regular reports as required on client and sales activities, including but not limited to client performance, sales activities, actual performance to target, variance analysis and sales forecasts.
Keeps up to date with industry trends, legislation and business practices.
Represents the company at local and state functions, meetings and trade events.
Displays knowledge of company products and represents overall company by promoting and selling games, recurring revenue products and services.
Develops long term profitable relationships by providing world class customer experiences
What We're Looking for:
Proven Sales and Key Account Management ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and resilient operator who remains calm in a crisis
Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
Strategic management with strong business and reporting capabilities.
Analytical interpretation and advanced problem solving abilities.
Strong communication skills with strong presence and impact.
Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop diverse networked relationships internally and externally and engage with people quickly
Be proficient in using Salesforce cloud based customer relationship management platform
Demonstrate excellent skills using MS suite of products especially Excel
10+ years of experience, may possess relevant tertiary qualifications.
Gaming industry experience preferable, but not essential.
Commercial awareness with considerable previous experience in customer facing roles.
Current Australian driver’s license.
Qualifications in Business and / or Commerce highly desirable
