Independent Investigation Consultant Needed

£350 per day | Immediate Requirement

I've had a requirement land on my desk and I'm looking to speak with experienced investigators straight away.

At Delphi Care Solutions, we partner with organisations across health and social care, supporting them with specialist recruitment, consultancy and service improvement projects. As our consultancy offering continues to grow, we're increasingly being asked to identify experienced professionals who can undertake independent investigations on behalf of our clients.

I'm currently looking for someone with experience conducting investigations within health & social care, the NHS, safeguarding, governance, quality or patient safety environments.

I'm particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in:

• PSIRF reviews
• Serious incident investigations
• Safeguarding enquiries
• Clinical or operational investigations
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Human Factors
• Systems Thinking
• Reviewing records, policies and other evidence
• Interviewing staff, service users, patients and families
• Producing investigation reports, findings and recommendations

I'm not overly concerned about job titles.

You could be an Independent Consultant, Governance Lead, Quality Consultant, Patient Safety Specialist, Safeguarding Professional, Clinical Governance Manager or someone who has undertaken investigation work as part of a wider role.

If you've led investigations, reviewed evidence, interviewed stakeholders and produced robust reports with clear recommendations, I'd like to hear from you.
