As a Senior Technical Writer in Zimperium, you will author internal and customer-facing documentation for several highly technical products.

This role requires understanding various product areas, working with a cross-functional team, along with authoring documents including release notes, user guides, API documents, and other documentation deliverables in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Interact with the subject matter experts including developers, product managers, customer support and sales to understand software deliverables to provide release notes and other documents for general availability releases.
Research, analyze data and test new and existing software to develop documentation content.
Strong ability to grasp technical concepts and ensure accuracy of customer-facing documentation.
Develop product information with simple and concise English by organizing ideas and translating complex technical terms into information readers can understand.
Understand and ensure documentation attributes of task orientation, accuracy, completeness, clarity, concreteness, organization, retrievability, and visual effectiveness.
Communicate issues and seek support in a timely manner to deliver documentation within software release deadlines.
Work independently while also being detail-oriented, organized, a team-player, and approachable.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strive to continually improve the quality of our product documentation.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have prior documentation experience authoring documentation for software products.

BS/BA in Computer Science or other relevant fields.
At least 5+ years of experience in software technical documentation.
Ability to make complicated concepts easy to understand.
Experience as a technical writer role in an agile software development environment.
Experience in writing API documentation.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience in image capture tools and PowerPoint to convey concepts when needed.
Ownership and “can do” attitude with the passion to meet aggressive deadlines.
Experience in IT security technologies and also iOS and Android mobile operating systems and technologies is highly desirable.
Experience in Oxygen XML Editor is a plus.
Experience in Markdown and Slate HTML documentation is a plus.

As part of our fast-growing pace, we are currently looking for a Customer Support Engineer to become the technical expert responsible for supporting the Customers using our solution. This resource should be a self-driven individual who assumes accountability in ensuring high level of customer satisfaction. The individual should have strong technical skills and an analytical mind to research, diagnose and resolve the issues raised by the customers.

The candidate should possess strong technical skills and an analytical mindset to research, diagnose, and resolve the issues raised by customers. They must be a team player capable of collaborating with product and engineering teams.

What You’ll Do:

Product & Domain Expertise -

· Provide technical support for Android applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.

· Understanding of mobile application security is an added advantage.

· Stay updated with the latest advancements in Android/iOS/Hybrid Platform application development and support

· integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Customer Satisfaction & Risk Management – Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely 2 way updates between Zimperium and customer, take ownership of reported customer issues, and ensure problems are resolved within Zimperium defined SLAs.

Required Skills:

· Strong understanding of mobile application development and support - good understanding of Android/iOS application development, usages of development and instrumentation tools (Android Studio and Xcode) for troubleshooting/debugging of application crashes, perform crash analysis.

· Experience in Java/related programming languages, scripting languages and understanding of database querying using SQL

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

· Basic understanding of SaaS-based delivery models and troubleshoot/debug issues reported by customers.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or an equivalent engineering degree.

· 5+ years of experience in customer support & service roles, preferably with software security technologies and solutions.

· Self-motivated with extensive troubleshooting skills and knowledge of debugging.

· Customer-oriented with post-sales application support experience.

· Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Software Development

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) you will help build a meaningful engineering discipline, combining software and systems to develop creative engineering solutions to operations problems.

Much of our support and software development focuses on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure and reducing work through automation.
