About the Role 

As the Critical Services Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Campus Operations Manager with all aspects of data center operations including: environmental, health, and safety; customer service delivery; project work inside the critical spaces; and, ensuring Yondr’s facility management (FM) partners consistently meet service level agreements and other contractual obligations. The Critical Services Manager directly manages Yondr’s Shift Teams that provide around the clock Site coverage and ensures operational risks are identified and mitigated across all site activities to ensure facility up-time. The Critical Services Manager also supports the change management and problem management processes.

This position serves as the people manager of the Facility Shift Managers and is responsible for the site operations center, oversight of the FM service provider(s), tenant analytical reports (including key performance indicators (KPIs)), event notifications/escalations, audits, and recurring review of processes and procedures.

Main Responsibilities  

· Maintain and operate the data center, leveraging our Operations Team, to establish optimal availability of the infrastructure against minimum costs.

About the Role 

As the Operations Engineer – Mechanical, EMEA (SME), you provide mechanical technical authority across our regional data centers. You will define and drive the mechanical operations philosophy and standards, support Regional Technical Managers and site teams as an escalation point during incidents, and provide input to design and commissioning to ensure systems are operable, maintainable, and resilient throughout the asset lifecycle. The role balances safety, availability, cost, and customer/SLA requirements and partners closely with design & construction, facility management, OEMs, and contractors.

Main Responsibilities 

This position will have overall responsibility for all mechanical aspects of our regional data centers including, but not limited to, planned and corrective maintenance, technical documentation, review of proposed operational procedures, initial analysis of in-service failures, associated project work, and overall system health. The Operation Senior Engineer is responsible for the evaluation and rollout of engineering initiatives along with leading small to medium-scale projects. Interacts with internal and external teams, including design and construction management of new facilities and Yondr facility management and operations. This position coordinates with other regional operational engineering roles and is a member of the global operational engineering within Yondr.

• Provide mechanical technical subject matter expertise (SME) across the region, including cooling plant, airside systems, hydronic systems, and associated sequence of operation.

About the Role 

As the Operations Engineer - Systems, (SME) you are responsible for the monitoring and control systems for the critical mechanical and electrical assets within our regional data centers–including the building management system (BMS) and the electrical power monitoring system (EPMS). The Operations Senior Engineer - Systems is responsible for the optimal monitoring and control availability of the mechanical and electrical assets throughout their lifecycle, taking into consideration health, safety, environment, costs, investments, and customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities 

This position will have overall responsibility for all mechanical controls and electrical systems monitoring aspects of our regional data centers. Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, planned and corrective maintenance, technical documentation, review of proposed operational procedures, initial analysis of in-service failures, associated project work, and overall systems health. The Operations Senior Engineer – Systems will have experience and formal training in industry-standard systems (e.g., Delta Controls, Trend, Johnson Controls, Siemens WinPM, Schneider EcoStruxure/ION Enterprise) as well as working knowledge of HVAC plants and electrical distribution systems and components.

The role is also responsible for leading small to medium-scale projects and the rollout of engineering initiatives. Interacts with internal and external teams, including design and construction management of new facilities and Yondr facility management and operations.

About the Role 

As an Operations Senior Engineer, you are responsible for all electrical and mechanical assets in the data center. Because the data center is a highly critical environment, the stakes are high and you will have an important stake in the fulfilling of the Yondr operational tasks.
To enable you to fulfil this responsibility, you will be involved in the design and acceptance of new data centers, defining the maintenance regime for your assets, approving operational procedures for the maintenance and incident management as well as auditing the completion 
thereof. To ensure optimal functioning of your assets, you will lead and approve root cause analysis and improvements after incidents happen, as well as propose improvements to optimise the functioning of your assets. For the implementation of these improvements, you will

About the Role 

As the Operations Technical Director, you are responsible for all technical assets and aspects of our data center ensuring optimal availability of our technical services and assets throughout their entire lifecycle, taking into consideration health, safety, environment, costs, investments, and customer requirements.

The Campus Operations Manager is ultimately responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the data centre during its operational life cycle including health, safety and compliant operations, the site team, its customers, service delivery, security, projects and the total site team.

About the Role 

As a Lead Engineer, you are responsible for all electrical assets in the data center. Because the data center is a highly critical environment, the stakes are high and you will have an important stake in the fulfilling of the Yondr operational tasks.

To enable you to fulfil this responsibility, you will be involved in the design and acceptance of new data centers, defining the maintenance regime for your assets, approving operational procedures for the maintenance and incident management as well as auditing the completion thereof. To ensure optimal functioning of your assets, you will approve root cause analysis and improvements after incidents happen, as well as propose improvements to optimise the functioning of your assets. For the implementation of these improvements, you will act as project owner and oversee the completion of the project.

Main Responsibilities 

• Ensure Building maintains 100% uptime using all reasonable means and methods to achieve, taking into consideration Health & Safety and financial obligations but keeping focus on client needs
• Be overall responsible for all Electrical aspects of site

The Role

The Critical Facility Shift Technician is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mission-critical infrastructure within the data center. This role covers all aspects of energy isolation, switch activity, and facility rounds, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. The Critical Facility Technician reports directly to the Critical Facility Shift Manager and works as part of a larger team that strives for excellence through teamwork and accountability. This is a shift-based role requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operations team. 

Main responsibilities

• Operations & Rounds 

• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled facility rounds, inspecting all critical systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire/life safety, and security) for proper operation and signs of abnormality. 

• Monitor Building Management System (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS), and other automation platforms for alarms and alerts; respond promptly per SOPs. 

• Maintain accurate logs of alarms, operational events, isolations, and shift activities. 

• Ensure all Statuory PPM workorders are completed ontime and any resulting actions are logged and tracked and remediated in good time. 

• Ensure all Yondr self delivered works are covered by acurate and relevant risk and method statements. 

• Confirm that all contractor RAMS are accurate before the work tasks start. 

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned. 

• Energy Isolation & Switch Activity 

• Execute all energy isolation procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements. 

• Perform and document all switchgear operations, including breaker racking, transfer switches, and panel isolations. 

• Verify isolation and de-energization prior to work; ensure proper signage, barricading, and communication. 

• Coordinate with vendors and other teams for planned and emergency isolations. 

• Maintain records of all isolation activities, including authorization, verification, and restoration. 

• Incident Response & Troubleshooting 

• Respond to alarms, system notifications, and abnormal conditions; perform initial diagnostics and escalate as needed. 

• Support incident response efforts, including root cause analysis and after-action reporting. 

• Participate in emergency procedures, including system recovery and safe shutdowns.
