Senior Account Executives on our Enterprise Sales team sell to mid-size opportunities within Yext’s Enterprise clients. We are committed to winning and taking advantage of the untapped customer base that could benefit from Yext’s product offering. What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop sales opportunities within Yext’s mid-size corporate sales segment
- Manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of our full suite of applications
- Responsible for renewing existing accounts and keeping the relationships with your existing book of business
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers
- Evangelise the Yext vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives
- Handle the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
- Territory/Vertical identification and research, to formalise a go-to-market strategy and create qualified target accounts
- Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence
- Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
What You Have
- BA/BS degree or similar university level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
- Several years of quota carrying software or technology solution sales and account management experience
- Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level
- Track record of success in carrying a quota, closing Fortune 1000 deals and over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
- Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
- Strong and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills

Yext is hiring a Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead and grow a high-performing team selling into Fortune 500 accounts across the region. This is a hands-on player/coach role for a proven enterprise sales leader who drives new business and builds winning cultures.
What You'll Do
- Own regional revenue — set the vision, hold the number, and build the pipeline needed to consistently exceed targets
- Lead a team of enterprise sales executives with a clear emphasis on net-new business, coaching each rep through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Build and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts — no surprises
- Drive outbound prospecting discipline across the team to develop high-value pipeline with strategic accounts
- Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and craft — coaching reps on discovery, deal strategy, and executive engagement
- Represent Yext in market through product demonstrations, executive briefings, and flagship account initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and CS to evolve go-to-market strategy and sharpen demand generation
- Develop targeted account plans with Marketing and ensure tight campaign execution against named accounts
What You Have
- 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS sales teams, consistently finishing in the top tier — you have a track record, not just a tenure
- Proven ability to build and scale net-new direct sales motions — you know how to open doors, not just close them
- Deep C-suite network across key verticals including Retail, Hospitality, and Financial Services
- Strong analytical instincts — you can dissect a pipeline, call your number with confidence, and course-correct early
- A coaching-first mentality: you invest in your people, hold high standards, and create an environment where top performers thrive
- A bias for action in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — you set the pace, you don't follow it
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; equally effective in a boardroom and a deal review

About the Role
Yext is redefining how enterprise brands grow in an AI-first world, and we’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own pipeline generation and market impact across the Central region in Germany. This is a high-ownership role spanning field marketing, events, and account-based marketing, where you will define how Yext shows up in the region and directly influence revenue outcomes.
You will bring a modern, data-driven approach to regional marketing, using AI and automation to scale programs, improve precision, and continuously optimise performance.
What You’ll Do
Regional Strategy & Revenue Ownership
- Own pipeline impact for the Central region, including sourced and influenced revenue across prospect and strategic accounts
- Develop and execute an integrated regional marketing strategy aligned to pipeline goals, vertical priorities, and account segmentation
- Identify pipeline gaps and reallocate budget, channels, and program focus to maximise impact
- Bring a strong point of view on German market dynamics, buyer behaviour, and competitive positioning to shape regional strategy
Account-Based Marketing & Sales Partnership
- Partner with Sales leadership to define account prioritisation, engagement strategy, and success metrics for target accounts
- Own activation of regional ABM programs, ensuring alignment across field programs, digital campaigns, and sales plays
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, BDRs, and Customer Success, influencing priorities, driving alignment, and ensuring follow-through
- Design programs that accelerate deal progression, increase account penetration, and improve win rates
Program Execution & Experience Design
- Build and own a quarterly calendar of high-impact programs, including executive events, field activations, and virtual experiences
- Lead end-to-end execution of first-party, third-party, and virtual events, ensuring exceptional quality and strong business outcomes
- Design integrated, multi-touch programs that connect events, digital, and outbound motions into cohesive experiences
- Continuously test new formats, channels, and engagement strategies to improve performance and differentiation
Performance, Analytics & Optimization
- Define success metrics tied to pipeline creation, deal progression, and revenue outcomes
- Analyse program performance to identify trends, diagnose gaps, and inform strategic decisions
- Make data-driven tradeoffs, scaling high-performing programs and eliminating underperforming ones
- Track and maintain campaign performance in systems such as Salesforce and Hockeystack, contributing to clear, actionable reporting
AI-Driven Execution & Operational Scale
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign development, including segmentation, personalisation, and content creation
- Use AI-driven insights to improve targeting, timing, and program effectiveness across channels
- Identify and automate manual workflows across event execution, reporting, and follow-up to increase efficiency and scale
- Partner with global marketing and operations teams to test and scale AI-enabled marketing capabilities
- Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and systems that enable consistent, scalable execution across the region
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with global marketing teams and Centres of Excellence to adapt and amplify global campaigns locally
- Share regional insights and performance learnings to inform broader marketing strategy
- Ensure strong alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success to maximize program impact
What You Have
- 6–8+ years in B2B marketing, with deep experience in field marketing, events, and account-based marketing within enterprise SaaS environments
- Proven track record of owning or significantly influencing pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience supporting high ACV, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and enterprise deal progression
- Strong ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, from planning through execution and optimisation
- Demonstrated success partnering with Sales leadership and influencing account strategy and priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline performance and business outcomes
- Experience using AI tools or automation to improve marketing efficiency, personalisation, or performance analysis
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact programs simultaneously
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% for events and regional activations
Nice-to-Have
- Experience managing regional marketing budgets and allocating spend based on performance
- Familiarity with ABM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data platforms such as Salesforce and Hockeystack
- Experience building programs or processes from scratch in ambiguous or fast-scaling environments
