RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the liaison between Operations leadership and department leaders across the organization.

Lead and implement operations-focused projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals; communicate the value and impact to stakeholders across the company.

Develop and enforce standards for project tracking, communication, and documentation alongside operations and project management leadership.

Create and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring clear milestones and deliverables for operational initiatives.

Proactively identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or risks and develop solutions.

Track and report on operational KPIs and metrics, ensuring consistent performance and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor's degree.

5+ years of experience managing operational projects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven experience with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Basecamp, G Suite).

Adaptable learner who can quickly master new tools and technologies.

Strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience driving operational improvements and implementing best practices.

Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, team-oriented

environment.

Experience working in a high-growth, ambiguous and entrepreneurial environment.

NICE TO HAVE

PMP certification or similar (preferred).

Prior experience in the gaming or fintech industry is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and facilitate functional and cross-functional project meetings, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and follow-through on deliverables.

Partner with global sales leadership to develop and refine go-to-market strategies and enablement programs.

Collaborate with sales leaders to provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, forecasting, and business outcomes.

Support the data collection, deck build, and socialization of quarterly and annual sales reporting for executive leadership.

Help analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence.

Develop and enforce standards for project tracking, communication, and documentation alongside operations and project management leadership.

Audit existing sales workflows and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps; design and implement scalable solutions.

Lead the rollout of new operational processes, tools, and frameworks, including change management and team training.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce friction in the sales cycle and improve overall productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor's degree

5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related project management role.

Strong analytical skills; comfort working with large datasets, building reports, and telling a story with data.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Basecamp, G Suite) and sales / reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end procurement projects, including sourcing initiatives, contract renewals, supplier consolidation, and process improvement programs.

Ensure procurement activities align with organizational goals, budget parameters, and compliance requirements.

Audit procurement workflows and proactively identify and manage inefficiencies, risks, dependencies, bottlenecks and blockers; propose and develop solutions alongside business partners.

Own and manage end-to-end sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs across a range of spend categories, ensuring competitive and compliant processes.

Develop and maintain category plans that reflect business priorities, risk appetite, and value creation opportunities.

Lead supplier evaluation and selection processes, including the development of scoring frameworks, business case preparation, and recommendation presentations to senior stakeholders.

Support and coordinate contract negotiations ensuring favorable commercial terms and risk mitigation.

Communicate sourcing strategies, project status, and outcomes clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels.

Support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of procurement policies, procedures, frameworks and tooling.

Contribute to the buildout of sourcing templates, playbooks, and best practice documentation to drive consistently and scalability across the function.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in a procurement, vendor management, or supply chain PM role.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Demonstrated experience running competitive sourcing events (RFx) and managing supplier selection processes.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to engage at all levels including senior leadership.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Comfortable operating in both a strategic planning capacity and operational role.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience managing vendor relationships, developing category strategies and managing supplier performance.

CPSM qualification or equivalent procurement / supply chain certification.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services for card payment processing using PHP (Symfony) and Golang.

Integrate and support payment service providers (PSPs) and acquirers (Adyen, Checkout.com, JP Morgan Chase, etc.)

Design and implement scalable, event-driven architectures for high-load payment systems

Write clean, testable code with comprehensive unit and functional test coverage

Optimize database queries and data models for OLTP workloads (MySQL, MongoDB)

Collaborate with the team on system design, code reviews, and technical decisions

Ensure system observability and troubleshoot issues using ELK stack

Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements and deployment processes

Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of backend development experience with PHP and/or Golang in production environments

Hands-on experience with card payment processing and PSP/acquirer integrations

Understanding of payment flows: authorization, capture, refunds, chargebacks, and reconciliation

Strong knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and clean architecture

Proficiency in SQL, database design, and performance optimization
