We are seeking a skilled and efficient Line Cook to join xAI’s food service team. This position involves preparing and cooking menu items under the direction of the Executive Chef, maintaining production facility standards, and ensuring timely service in our faced paced café and catering operations. The Line Cook will collaborate with production facility staff, including the Food Service Specialist and Porter, to deliver nutritious and appealing meals for xAI employees. This role requires culinary proficiency, teamwork, and a commitment to food safety in a fast-paced environment.
$33 - $35.20 USD per hour

The role of the Hospitality Manager will be to provide the direction and management of the organization’s food and customer service activities. You will help develop and implement effective customer service strategies and training programs across a 24/7 multi-outlet operation. The duties of the Hospitality Manager will include but are not limited to: coordinating service operations for site meals across multiple concepts ranging from high volume food hall to quick service, full service restaurants and catering. Additionally, the position will be responsible for monitoring and motivating staff, ensuring excellent customer service, engaging with customers, cross site communication, hiring and developing talent, ensuring team is current with all mandatory company trainings, scheduling and payroll, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new staff, setting and upholding customer service principles. The Hospitality Manager will support the mission by providing a foundation for excellent customer service, operational excellence and quality food options that boost morale and productivity within XAI.
Base Salary: $92,000 - $138,000

$105,000 - $135,000 USD
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at xAI You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
