Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) wanted to join our dynamic team.
The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior UX/UI Product Designer with a specialized focus on mobile applications to join our dynamic, flexible team, embedded directly with a leading automotive client's App Operations team. This hybrid role is for a hands-on designer who excels at crafting, optimizing, and delivering exceptional mobile-first digital experiences that drive user engagement, enhance operational efficiency, and seamlessly integrate into the broader automotive customer journey.
You will be instrumental in translating complex automotive functionalities and operational needs into intuitive and delightful mobile user interfaces. Working collaboratively within a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design lifecycle of the client's mobile apps, ensuring every pixel and interaction is meticulously considered and executed.
What you’ll be doing:
You are a hands-on, highly motivated, self-sufficient Senior UX/UI Product Designer with deep expertise in mobile-first design principles, patterns, and best practices. Your passion for user-centric design pushes you to create intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing mobile experiences for our automotive client.
Mobile-First Design & Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end UX and UI design process for features and functionalities within the client's mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Develop detailed user flows, interaction models, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes specifically tailored for mobile platforms.
- Create pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI designs, incorporating the client's brand guidelines, design system, and best practices for mobile usability and aesthetics.
- Focus on micro-interactions, gestural controls, haptic feedback, notification systems, and responsive layouts for various mobile device sizes and orientations.
- Ensure all designs are technically feasible and collaborate closely with developers during implementation, providing detailed specifications and reviewing UI for fidelity.
User Research & Testing (Mobile Context): - Conduct and participate in user research sessions (e.g., usability testing on mobile devices, remote ethnography, A/B testing within apps) to gather insights specific to mobile user behaviour and preferences.
- Analyze app analytics, user feedback, and market trends to identify pain points and opportunities for mobile app experience improvements.
- Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.
- Collaboration & Advocacy:
- Work closely with the UX Lead, App Operations team, product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive product strategy and design execution across all mobile initiatives.
- Contribute to and advocate for the adoption of mobile-first design best practices, accessibility standards, and consistent design patterns within the App Operations team.
- Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding and buy-in for mobile experience enhancements.
What we want from you:
- Mobile UX/UI Specialization (Essential): Proven track record as a Senior UX/UI Designer with a specialized, hands-on focus on mobile application design (iOS and Android), demonstrating exceptional craft and attention to detail.
- Automotive Context: Experience designing for the automotive sector or other highly regulated/complex industries with a strong digital product presence is highly desirable.
- Exceptional Portfolio: A must-have portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design for mobile apps, showcasing your process from research and wireframing through to polished UI and implemented solutions.
- Mastery of Mobile Design Principles: Deep understanding and practical application of mobile-first design principles, platform-specific guidelines (e.g., Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Google Material Design), and responsive design.
- Figma & Prototyping Proficiency: High proficiency in modern design tools, especially Figma, with the ability to create scalable, well-structured design files, interactive mobile prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- User Research & Testing: Strong experience in conducting and participating in mobile-specific user research (qualitative and quantitative), including usability testing on devices, A/B testing, and synthesizing results into design solutions.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with mobile app development processes, limitations, and platform capabilities to ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized for performance.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to present and articulate design decisions and rationale clearly to developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving & Autonomy: A proactive, problem-solving mindset, capable of working autonomously to manage design tasks and priorities within a fast-paced, cross-functional App Operations team.
- Design System Contribution: Experience working with and contributing to comprehensive design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability of mobile components.
- Accessibility & Performance: Solid understanding of mobile accessibility standards and performance considerations to ensure inclusive and efficient app experiences.

What we want from you:
- Automotive Sector Acumen (ideally): Confident working within the automotive sector, quickly building domain understanding and adapting your approach to different levels of design maturity and stakeholder expectations unique to the industry.
- Strategic Autonomy: Proven ability to work autonomously and lead design within complex, fast-paced environments, often with incomplete or evolving requirements typical of large enterprise projects.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge, influence, and align senior stakeholders across various disciplines (e.g., product, marketing, engineering, brand) within a large client organisation.

- Responsive & Adaptive Design: Solid understanding of responsive design principles and behaviour logic, ensuring consistent and high-quality experiences across diverse devices and platforms, including web, mobile apps, and in-car interfaces.
- Figma Fluency: Advanced proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create scalable, well-structured design files that support collaborative workflows, seamless developer handover, and systemisation.
- Multi-Brand Adaptability: Experience working across multiple brands and visual identities (e.g., sub-brands within an automotive group), with the ability to adapt design approach while maintaining consistency, quality, and alignment to specific brand guidelines.
- Compelling Artefact Creation: Ability to produce high-quality supporting design artefacts beyond core product UI, including interactive prototypes, engaging presentations, and visual assets (e.g., release notes, comms materials) to support stakeholder alignment, internal communication, and user research.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Expertise in translating user research and data into actionable insights, driving informed design decisions and building stakeholder confidence.
- Strong Communication: Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you’ll be doing
- Effectively run complex projects using Agile methodologies
- Support the efficient flow of work by providing solutions to issues and blockers
- Produce accurate status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues communicating to various audiences including key stakeholders and sponsors

- A good understanding of the software development lifecycle and release management
- Ability to define, manage and deliver to customer expectations within strict deadlines

- Experience of leading and managing teams at different stages of the team’s lifecycle
- Experience of modern software development practices
- Strong understanding of agile delivery techniques and lean ways of working

Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer wanted to join our Engineering team.
The opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud Engineer to develop, customize, and integrate robust e-commerce solutions. You will work on client projects, leveraging your full-stack development expertise to build engaging storefronts, implement business logic, and connect SFCC with various internal and third-party systems. You may also have opportunities to mentor junior developers.
What you should have
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer (formerly Demandware).
- Extensive experience as a full-stack developer, including solid proficiency in HTML, CSS3, and strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud to other platforms through LINK partner cartridges and custom integrations.
- Strong experience developing integrations between SFCC and 3rd party systems.
- Strong exposure to OCAPI (Open Commerce API).
- Experience working effectively within an Agile team environment.
- Ideally, experience working with and mentoring junior Commerce Cloud developers.

What you’ll get to do:
You will leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, design and manage our event-driven API gateway using Apigee X, and ensure robust observability with New Relic. This role involves enhancing platform reliability, scalability, and performance for critical, real-time event-driven systems.
What you should have:
- Proven experience as a Cloud Platform Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency with Apigee X for API management, specifically in developing and securing event-driven API ecosystems.

Lead Cloud Architect needed to work on a large, complex GCP project.
What you’ll get to do:
You will design, build, and guide the implementation of innovative cloud-native solutions, with a strong emphasis on event-driven architectures and microservices.
What you should have:
- Extensive experience as a hands-on software developer and architect, delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architectural best practices.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and lead event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of API design principles and practical experience with Apigee X.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform.
