This is a hands-on city builder role with one clear goal: generate bookings and make the city grow. As a City Expansion Manager you are responsible for turning every real opportunity into actual bookings. Nothing stays theoretical. If demand exists, you make it convert. If supply exists, you make it bookable. If something blocks a booking, you remove the blocker. This is your city. You are fully responsible for making the city grow — supply, demand, revenue, traction, and momentum while leveraging the resources, budgets, knowledge and skills of the overall company.

We are looking for a Head of Supply Growth & Operations (f/m/d) to take full ownership of this engine and evolve it into a predictable, scalable, and data-driven growth function.
Supply is the core of our marketplace. Every landlord we onboard, every listing we set online, every booking we generate: it starts here. Today, the foundation is there: a functioning funnel, an active sales team, and steady inflow of leads. What’s missing is structure, visibility, and systemization.
This role is about professionalizing and scaling what already exists — not starting from scratch.
This is not a traditional sales leadership role. It is a business-critical function with full ownership of supply performance, unit economics, and team development — reporting directly to the VP Operations and working closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and the executive team.

Wunderflats’ growth cities are past the launch phase. Demand exists. Supply exists. Product–market fit exists. What they need now is structured growth and clear ownership. As the City Growth Manager, you take responsibility for our top cities and turn them into a stronger revenue engine. Your job is to understand what is limiting growth in the city and fix it.
You will analyze the city like a business: looking at supply, demand, listing quality and pricing, landlord acquisition, booking conversion, average order value, churn, and revenue. From there, you identify the real bottlenecks, form hypotheses, and launch initiatives to address them.
This role sits at the intersection of analysis, execution, and cross-team coordination.
You will work directly with our VP operations on the performance and strategy of the cities you own and collaborate closely with Sales, Booking, Marketing, Product and Customer support to make sure the right things happen in our cities.
