We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer whose heart is in the backend — someone excited to architect and own the systems that power our AI-native platform, built on Elixir/Phoenix. You’ll join small, autonomous project teams (2–3 people) that take full ownership of a feature from scoping and prototyping through to rollout and user feedback, with the depth to contribute across the stack and the instinct to lead from the backend. AI fluency isn’t optional here — you will use agentic coding and AI agents as a core part of how you work and build.
As Workera scales its AI-native platform to serve global enterprise customers, we need senior engineering talent who can own critical backend systems end-to-end. This role exists to add to our EMEA engineering team, bringing someone with depth and ownership — shipping high-stakes, platform-critical features while advancing our AI-first engineering culture.
You’ll join a cross-functional team operating at the intersection of generative AI, enterprise software, and talent transformation. Your immediate engineering team consists of four engineers, supported by a product designer, product manager, and engineering manager, all based in the EMEA region. The team values deep work and async communication — with only a few regular touchpoints each week — so you’ll have plenty of uninterrupted time to build.

The details: remote work & tech stack
You should be located in the UK, Ireland, or the Netherlands. You are free to choose working hours that suit you best, as long as there is an overlap with your team for most of the day.
Our stack primarily consists of Elixir + PostgreSQL on the backend and Phoenix on the frontend (with some pockets of React). We monitor performance using Sentry, and our platform is hosted on AWS, running on Docker containers defined in Terraform. Our platform is AI-native, and we make extensive use of LLMs in our application. Our code lives on GitHub — in fact, GitHub, Slack and Linear is where most of the collaboration happens. We practice using Loom to demo our work.

Workera is seeking a Value Architect to serve as a hybrid pre-sale solutioning leader and post-sale activation leader within our Partnerships and Sales organizations. This role transforms Workera’s science-backed assessments, integrations, AI-enabled workflows, and skills intelligence into measurable partner value. Success in this role directly impacts partner adoption, assessment consumption growth, integration quality, sales enablement effectiveness, and overall partnership revenue performance.
This role exists to own value proof and activation across both Partnerships and new logo sales motions, leading demos, scoping and running proof-of-values, orchestrating partner onboarding and integration quality, and embedding AI to drive scalable, repeatable execution. As Workera scales, we need dedicated capability to translate our platform into measurable outcomes and ensure every engagement - direct or partner-led - drives adoption and revenue growth

The Customer Success Associate is the execution engine of our Customer organization and the primary day-to-day partner to customers for onboarding through program delivery. This is a customer-facing execution role (distinct from quota-carrying Account Management and strategic advisory roles). You own how enterprise programs get delivered—working directly with customer stakeholders to ensure deployments run on time, on spec, and with a consistently high-quality experience from launch through adoption. You turn strategy into reality and scale that execution through systems and AI.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
We are evolving our Customer organization from high-touch, manual execution to AI-enabled, scalable delivery. As we grow into supporting 10s to 100s of enterprise customers, we need a repeatable, reliable execution layer that ensures every program launches successfully and operates without friction.
The Customer Associate role exists to build and operate that layer—working directly with customers to bring structure to ambiguity, ensure consistent delivery, and enable scale without proportional headcount growth.
YOUR TEAM
The Customer Associate is part of Workera’s broader Customer organization, working alongside Account Management and Skills Strategy. From the customer’s perspective, you are the day-to-day owner of execution—ensuring commitments are met and programs run smoothly.
You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Support to ensure customer commitments are delivered seamlessly. The team operates in a highly cross-functional, execution-driven model where clear ownership and coordination are critical.

Success in this role is measured by speed to launch, customer activation and progression, number of customers supported per Associate, and reduction in manual effort through systems and AI.

We are seeking a Skills Strategy Manager to serve as the strategic partner and program owner for enterprise clients — guiding workforce transformation while driving successful deployment and sustained adoption of Workera’s platform. This role blends skills strategy, AI enablement, and program leadership, helping organizations such as Accenture, Booz Allen Hamilton, Samsung, and the U.S. Air Force accelerate AI-driven workforce transformation. As the primary owner of customer value delivery, you will lead end-to-end enterprise deployments, co-create custom assessments, and translate skills data into executive-ready insights that drive strategic decisions.
As Workera scales its enterprise customer base, we need a skilled practitioner who can own the full customer value lifecycle — from implementation through renewal — while advising clients on how to apply skills intelligence and AI capabilities to transform their workforce strategy. Initially this role balances hands-on program execution with strategic advisory; as our AI-enabled systems scale, the focus will increasingly shift toward higher-order advisory and executive engagement.
You’ll join our Customer Success organization, working at the intersection of generative AI, enterprise software, and talent transformation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Integrations, Support, and Marketing to deliver measurable value to global organizations. This is where you come in. As Senior Manager of Product Management, you'll lead the PMs responsible for building our agentic authoring and delivery platform, user experience, and platform interoperability, partnering with our team of assessment scientists to build something unmatched in the market. Workera is at an inflection point, and AI gives a small, well-organized team the ability to move at a speed and scale that would have been impossible just a few years ago. Your job is to build the operating model that captures that advantage — sharpening our AI-native product craft and proving that a focused team with the right practices can outpace organizations ten times our size.

YOUR TEAM
You'll report to the VP of Product and Assessment Science and lead a team of PMs owning assessment authoring, assessment delivery, enterprise platform and user experience. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with engineering leads, product design, and peers across PMM, partner and direct sales, and the customer organization. The team operates in true product trios — product, engineering, and design working as a unit — with continuous discovery baked into how we work, not treated as a separate phase. Customer insight drives prioritization; shipping and learning drives everything else.
