Conduct research into integration use cases, data pipelines, and connector ecosystems to propose strategic, data-driven opportunities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for solving complex system-level problems involving data flows and app ecosystems.
A proactive, ownership-driven attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to SQL, ETL/ELT patterns, or data modeling is a plus (but not mandatory).

Recruit and on board new partnerships that provide incremental opportunity to Workato in the region
Pipeline generation. Design and execute pipeline generation activities with partners and sales teams.
Understand the competitive landscape to ensure that Workato remains a ‘partner of choice’ and proactively present recommendations of how to stimulate business growth to executive management.
Position yourself as an industry expert and establish relationships with potential partners and key decision-makers in the industry, attend industry events and present the benefits of the Workaro platform where required.
Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in partner sales, business development, or enterprise sales within the SaaS industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partnerships with GSIs and large RSIs that drive significant revenue growth.
A strong understanding of the iPaaS and Automation industry is desirable, or enterprise software platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Own a portfolio of Workato partners and drive them to achieve two primary goals:
Scale & mature your partners’ Workato practice - specifically, you will guide many of Workato’s highest priority Partners (GSIs, large SIs, and priority boutique SIs)

5+ years of experience in front-end focused Software Development
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent academic background
Experience with Angular
Advanced level knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Experience in building responsive web interfaces using the latest HTML and CSS technologies
Good understanding of how browsers and DOM work
Familiar with web security, SEO and accessibility
Familiar with browser performance optimizations
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Experience delivering large-scale web applications
Knowledge of QA automation processes and tools (Jasmine, Mocha, Selenium & etc)
Experience with TypeScript, or a desire to learn about it
Fluency with the Unix command line interface
Contributions to open source projects
Keen eye for design details and a strong sense of good UX.

We are seeking an Senior AI Applications Engineer (Full Stack) to lead the development of cutting-edge AI-powered applications. In this role, you’ll work across the stack—building robust Python-based backends, developing intuitive frontends in React, and architecting scalable systems that handle high-throughput data and real-time AI model integration.
This is a hands-on technical lead position for someone passionate about building production-ready AI products that are fast, secure, and user-friendly.
Design and develop full stack AI applications, integrating powerful AI models with seamless front-end user experiences.
Build scalable, production-grade backend services and REST APIs using Python.
Develop clean, performant, and reusable React.js components for modern web interfaces.
Architect efficient and secure data workflows, leveraging PostgreSQL for transactional data and ClickHouse for analytics and high-performance querying.
Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and DevOps to bring models to life in real-world applications.
Lead architecture discussions and set engineering best practices across the stack.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience. We value both traditional education and self-taught expertise.
5+ years of professional software development experience, with significant exposure to both frontend and backend technologies.
Expertise in Python, with a strong understanding of building APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
Proven experience developing production-ready frontend applications using React.js (or similar frameworks).
Deep knowledge of REST API design and integration patterns.
Experience working with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse, or similar relational and analytical databases.
Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into applications (directly or via APIs).
Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and system design.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly articulate technical ideas and trade-offs.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and leadership.
Passion for AI and delivering impactful, data-driven software solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment.
Willingness to mentor others and help raise the overall bar for engineering quality.
