Wolt ist in Deutschland im August 2020 offiziell als Land Nr. 23 gestartet! Deine Hauptaufgaben
Gastronomie-Partner-Akquise: Du identifizierst und überzeugst die besten Restaurants in ganz Deutschland telefonisch von einer Partnerschaft mit Wolt.
End-to-End Sales Ownership: Du verantwortest den gesamten Sales Cycle – von der Kaltakquise über Follow-ups bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss.
Hybrid Sales Execution: Neben deiner Inside Sales Tätigkeit übernimmst du gezielt Projekte im Field – z. B. bei City Launches oder Projekten – und führst vor Ort Verhandlungen und Closings durch.
Marktentwicklung: Du unterstützt aktiv beim Aufbau neuer Städte sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Märkte durch gezielte Partnerakquise und strategische Initiativen.
Pipeline-Management: Du steuerst deine Sales-Pipeline eigenverantwortlich im CRM und stellst eine hohe Conversion sowie verlässliche Forecasts sicher.
Exklusivitäts- & High-Value Deals: Du führst komplexe Verhandlungen mit Top-Partnern und treibst strategisch wichtige Deals bis zum Abschluss.
Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit lokalen Field Sales Team -, Onboarding- und Expansion-Teams zusammen, um erfolgreiche Marktstarts sicherzustellen.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten & Erfahrungen
Vertriebserfahrung: Nachweisbare Erfolge im Outbound-/Cold-Calling-Sales, idealerweise mit konstantem Übertreffen von KPIs und Benchmarks
Sales-Mindset: Starker Abschlussfokus, hohe Zielorientierung und ausgeprägte Resilienz im Umgang mit Ablehnung
Kommunikationsstärke: Überzeugende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, schnell Vertrauen zu Restaurantpartnern aufzubauen
Branchenerfahrung: Erfahrung in der Food-Delivery-, Hospitality- oder Gastronomiebranche ist ein großes Plus
Strategische & operative Stärke: Kombination aus strategischem Denken und hoher Umsetzungsstärke („hands-on“)
Expansion & Market Management: Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Entwicklung von Märkten von Vorteil

Hey, you look like you might be our new Inside Sales Representative
Wolt is building the leading local commerce platform across Europe and beyond. Denmark is one of our core markets, and Inside Sales is the engine that drives merchant acquisition at scale — across both SMB Restaurant and Retail segments.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will own the phone-based acquisition of restaurants and retail stores across Denmark. You will run the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first contact to signed partner — and be accountable for the selection we build in your portfolio. This role combines commercial ownership, high-volume execution, and disciplined pipeline management. If you thrive in a performance-driven environment where every call, every close, and every signed partner moves the business forward, this role gives you the mandate and scope to make a visible commercial impact from day one.
What you'll be doing
This role is about driving profitable growth across Denmark's Restaurant and Retail merchant landscape. You will own a portfolio of areas, work a structured pipeline, and consistently deliver high-quality partner acquisitions.
Day-to-day in this role you'll:
Own the acquisition strategy and outcomes for your geographic portfolio — across both SMB Restaurant and Retail merchants
Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, first contact, pitching, negotiating commercial terms, and signing partners
Tailor your approach across verticals — restaurants, cafés, bakeries, specialty retail, convenience — each with its own economics and objections
Maintain a healthy, forward-looking pipeline and strong forecast accuracy in CRM
Deliver against weekly and monthly revenue and activation targets
Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and collect all onboarding documentation
Ensure a seamless handover to the merchant onboarding team
Work closely with Account Management, Field Sales, and Operations to prioritise the right merchants in the right areas
Contribute to the Inside Sales playbook — what's converting, what isn't, and what needs to change
Our humble expectations
We are looking for a commercially sharp seller with proven outbound experience and a genuine hunter mentality.
Must-have experience
2+ years of professional experience in outbound sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
Demonstrated track record of carrying and hitting a quota
Experience managing your own pipeline end-to-end in a CRM environment
Comfort working the phone as a primary sales channel, at volume
Core skills
Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken) required
Strong commercial instincts — you can read a merchant, adjust your pitch, and close on value
Advanced negotiation skills and confidence handling objections
Structured, data-informed approach to pipeline and prioritisation
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Ownership mindset — you treat your portfolio like it's your own business
Nice to have
Direct experience in hospitality, retail, FMCG, or food delivery platforms
Background in SMB merchant acquisition or marketplace sales
Experience selling into both Restaurant and Retail segments
Exposure to SaaS or platform-based commercial models
Experience using AI or automation tools in sales workflows (lead scoring, prospecting, outreach)
