SUMMARY 

We’re looking for a Technical Audit Senior Analyst to join us in spreading the power of Wiz. In this role, you will be a part of the Internal Audit & Risk Management (IARM) team, reporting to the Technical Audit Manager and a member of the greater Security Trust team. You will be a fundamental part of executing the internal audit function, conducting audits to identify areas of enhancement, assess control implementation, and help develop recommendations for the remediation of findings.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Lead and conduct risk-based audits of internal controls and processes focused on various functions, both technical and non-technical
• Conduct internal audits assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
• Assess compliance with internal policies, external frameworks, and industry best-practices
• Identify areas of improvement for audit targets
• Translate audit findings into actionable tasks
• Prepare audit reports with clear findings, risks, and recommendations
• Track and validate the implementation of remediation actions
• Collaborate with team members across the globe to align on audit finding remediation
• Promote a culture of collaboration between the internal audit team and our business partners
• Work closely with control owners to determine reasonable remediations for audit findings
• Support the implementation of internal audit strategies and methodologies
• Educate and advocate for the importance of controls, an effective control environment, and the value of internal audit.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years experience as a technology-focused auditor (eg. SOC2, ISO, ITGCs), either internally or externally
• Experience identifying and analyzing risks and internal controls in technology processes.
• Experience performing technical control testing
• Experience auditing in cloud-based environments, preferably of SaaS providers
• An understanding of the technologies present in AWS, GCP, or Azure that create cloud environments
• Confidence in collaborating with personnel of all levels and geolocations at Wiz
• Experience in one or more of the other GRC domains is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is a plus, but not required

In this role, you will represent the blend of front-line commercial execution and long-term strategic thinking, focusing on articulating the strategic and financial impact of Wiz to our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Value Selling: Create high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic agreement, present multi-year roadmaps, and document the full business case to justify action by developing compelling business case and ROI analyses
• Orchestration: Lead and facilitate discovery sessions to understand customers' current challenges and future business capabilities, identifying and prioritizing key business value drivers
• Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with sales teams to define account strategies, prioritize sales initiatives, and identify new opportunities based on value creation potential
• Customer Success: Lead strategic engagements with our customers, guiding them through the entire customer lifecycle, from strategic alignment to measuring realized value
• Deal Negotiation: Assist in the development and delivery of commercial proposals and deal structures, providing insights to senior sales leaders to execute negotiation strategies effectively
• Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership, training, and consultative partnering with internal sales teams throughout and beyond the sales cycle

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience: 7+ years in management consulting, value consulting, or relevant roles, with a focus on driving business transformation. Experience in Cloud Security strongly preferred
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from large amounts of information and communicate complex ideas to senior executives. Proven ability to utilize AI frameworks for accelerated data synthesis and research, driving scale and efficiency
• Financial Acumen: Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling, including ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback concepts.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise cloud economics and understanding of enterprise data management concepts. Experience in the Cloud Security industry is strongly preferred.
• Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, working closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Pricing, Business Consulting, and other key partners.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate qualitative and quantitative business cases effectively.
• Education: MBA preferred
• Travel: Up to 20% travel or higher may be required to support sales efforts and industry events.
